- Analyzes quality records and data and uses statistical techniques and tools to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices. - Supports Documentation Requirements - Maintains quality records and generates product certification of conformity documentation, Supports the documentation of business procedures and related work instruction and forms. - Supplier Quality - Analyze supplier quality performance and initiate appropriate action, directing supply chain personnel. - Non-Conformance, Corrective action & customer complaint, Repairs and Returns - Analyzes non-conformances, conducts root cause analysis, dispositions, and conducts compliance follow-up. Analyze customer complaint, repairs and return data and report to senior management. - Performs Regulatory Testing of the product - Schedules and plans annual, quarterly and weekly inspection and testing of approval products as required by followup procedure and inspection control plan. - Conduct Receiving and First Article inspection of the product and the raw material. - Equipment maintenance / Calibration - Ensures inspection & Testing equipment is maintained on a regular basis. Ensures measuring equipment and gauges are calibrated and verified against measurement standard at specified intervals.

- Create and maintain product configuration and material specification data Support product development and production functions by generating and updating records. - Maintain product records and the association of product configuration data Use corporate information systems to associate product configuration data to our products, Create new product and SKU records and maintain them through their lifecycle. - Support configuration system development - Participate in improvements to our configuration systems, Requirement gathering exercises, system structure planning and specification, new system setups. - Data-mining, trouble shooting and system maintenance Support and facilitate requests for data-mining of the product and Material specification systems, Assist in the cause analysis and trouble shooting of system problems errors.
