I joined RTU to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics within the construction sector. In my role, I managed daily dispatch schedules and coordinated with production teams to ensure timely deliveries. During my tenure, I carried out the following key duties: - Developed and maintained delivery schedules to meet project timelines. - Coordinated material orders and managed inventory levels. - Liaised with drivers and external hauliers for efficient transport. - Monitored quality checks to ensure product standards. - Collaborated with project managers to forecast material needs.
