Holding portfolio related to Condenser Water System, Chilled Water system and Process Cooling Water System. Leading 28 Facilities Mechanical Engineers across Malaysia, Chengdu, Vietnam, and Costa Rica in technical forum. Tasked to look into issues at regional level, covering from HVAC system to other process Mechanical systems. Currently managing new Factory start-up and commissioning as Test and Commissioning Lead. Overseeing existing ISO8 and ISO6 cleanroom and HVAC system operation. In progress of improving ISO8 cleanroom pressurization to meet Intel Standard. Currently leading regional programs such as standardizing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) program; involved in obsolete asset program including exploring alternative solution, developing short and long term roadmap; support the path to automation by owning and co-owning Remote Use Cases; involved in supporting design content standardization effort.

Enabled HVAC and cleanroom upgrade to support critical new product line. Involved in factory LEED Gold certification in 2013. Supported various Energy Conservation projects implementations. Managed various Capital asset refreshment projects for Mechanical systems.

Responsible in sustaining Penang site Assembly and Test Factory facilities Instrumentation and Control systems operation. Managed Capital project in PLC upgrades as part of asset refresh and hardening to meet Intel standards.

Responsible in sustaining Assembly and Test Factory Mechanical Systems operation (HVAC, compressed air, heat exhaust) supporting ISO8 Cleanroom, Data Center, warehouse and general purposed area. Involved in LEED certification team for one of the existing factories. Managed Capital projects in system improvement. Piloted and supported Energy Conservation projects such as cold roof for plant room.

Responsible for 8 general building's Mechanical Systems Operation (HVAC, compressed air, process cooling water, heat exhaust, process vacuum) supporting Data Center, Labs, warehouse and general purposed area.
