To be responsible for developing overall human resources strategies and policies in line with company's strategies, resourcing of senior management level and advising on both recruitment and career development, developing consistent approach to remuneration and benefits policies and delivering the level of advice and services required by the organization, mainly focus on Talent Acquisition function (70%). Hiring Middle Manager to Senior Director level positions, including Business Partner & Managing Directors; Driving the design and implementation of cutting edge recruitment methodologies, processes and tools to support the hire of in excess of 300 employees annually. Particular areas of focus included reduced cost per hire, shorter time to fill, increased quality of hire and improved organizational productivity.

Primarily responsible for handling head in overseeing day-to-day HR operations of manpower acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Planning and Development and other special HR projects. Responsible for leading talent acquisition organization and acting as a key member of APAC talent acquisition leadership team;
