• Evaluate customer’s new forecast against historical consumption and past forecast trends. • Simulate new forecast into RR scenario for sizing to generate a proposed MPS then report revenue changes and potential risks to business and customer, before loading into SAP. • Analyze production capacities based on MER/UPH given by engineers then communicate the shift requirements and additional machine/tooling requirements. • Work with purchasing team on materials to be expedited as well as justify PPV claims to customer if it requires open market/broker buy. • Plan production schedules, load work orders with optimized run quantities and minimized changeovers, plan packout quantities and schedules for production to meet shipment dates. • Commit customer’s OPOR and arrange shipment with warehouse/shipping to meet OTD. • Project shipment revenue, buildable revenue and closing inventories then track and communicate the progressions and risks to operations and business.
