Project: Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh (SMCI) Phase I and Phase II - Handling stage: sub-contract award till post contract completion - Carry out tender analysis including breakdown rate, track project record and financial standings. - Plan and monitor the project budget including preliminaries (staff overhead, security, utilities, plant and machineries, general workers, scaffolding material). - Reports preparation i.e., cost control report, scaffolding report, progress report, monitoring of business plan, s curve and procurement schedule - Interim main claim submission and sub-contractors’ claim preparation - Assess and report upon variations of work - Manage and resolve disputes and contractual issues with sub-contractors.

Project: Gamuda Cove 1. Pre-Tender Stage - Sourcing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Consultant QS - Establishment of cost estimates and budget through cost plan - Value Engineering during design development stage - Administers the tender process from preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation to the award of contract 2. Post-Contract Stage - Prepare Interim Certificate for Contractors - Rationalization of rates and contract binding - Cost control through monitoring and evaluation of Variation Orders and contractual claim - Settlement of Final Account. - Cost data compilation upon contract awarded and cost reconciliation upon final account settlement
