- Responsible for developing, directing and coordination material end-to-end planning activities. Enhance customer service levels possible by balancing supply and demand. - Oversee Nortek account End-to-end planning as Planning and Material Lead in supervision process comply to Flex policies.

- Analyse and compare forecast loaded by customers. Responded to Program Manager and customer for result of forecast comparison by joining the conference call with customer. - MRP loading and regen in order to plan for materials and commit materials readiness to meet customer orders. - Perform What-If Analysis and MO Details (materials shortage report) in Rapid Response to check for material availability and readiness/CTB in order to support customer demand. - Provide revenue commit to management on weekly basis for 2 quarters - Schedule order fulfillment by committing materials clean to build status based on materials availability. Review materials shortage report with Materials Team Manager, Program Manager and buyers. Commit CTB to planners. - ECO management : Based on the BOM comparison provided by Configuration Engineer, check the Engineering Change Order impact on customer demand and current schedule including both open and planned work orders. Work with buyers to ensure continuous materials supply to minimize the impact. This will helps to coordinate shortage resolution. - Update ECO Master Tracker for cut in or phase in dates by providing details of Work Order, estimate inventory depletion, potential scrap cost exposure and propose solutions to reduce scrap cost, submit to Program Manager on weekly basis for claim from customer. - Handling of NPI projects by preparing the materials shortage report, reviewing with buyers, submission to Program Manager, attending weekly conference calls with customers. - Monthly reporting and submission for Excess and Obsolescence to Materials Team Manager with solid justification for all part numbers. - Initiate MPS Integration Project with other Seniors Demand Analyst, Inventory Analyst and Macro specialist for the purpose of work efficiency improvement and long working hours reduction through process improvement, time study and system improvement to shorten the cycle time taken.

-Preparing service quotation and agreement for customers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. - The services quotation included repair and calibration services, for both new and renew quotes. - Utilize Siebel and Oracle to set up the service agreements in system, and bill customer accordingly by preparing the invoices.
