- Working as legal counsel for various regions, managing legal affairs across Africa, MENA, the UK, Western Europe, and Northern and Eastern Europe at different times. - Covering compliance matters for the Group over various periods, encompassing global export controls (US, EU, and UK), overseas antitrust compliance, EU product compliance, and data compliance audits. - Offering legal advice for specific overseas direct investments, with end-to-end project support, including on-site negotiations.

- Supporting product development, chip procurement, global sales, and after-sales from a legal perspective. - Improving the compliance framework, resolving disputes, and streamlining legal processes in key areas. - Handling legal issues in investment and financing activities.

Assist legal team with due diligence, drafting corporate resolutions, managing litigation reports, and handling business registration changes.
