Purchase : planning and executing procurement strategies that support company objectives, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high quality products, monitor and control purchase budgeting, identify cost saving oppurtunities, implement cost reduction strategies, negotiation pricing, terms and contracts to ensure the best value and quality Warehouse : inventory management control and storage outbound and inbound distribution Logistic : coordinating transportation, efficience and reduce costs, improve the shipment timeline

- Extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement processes - Approve to all inquiry from user and purchase order - Monitoring to purchasing staff and admin - Dealing the order with local and import suppliers - Maintain the order from overseas

Purchasing : maintain the minimum maximum stocks in the warehouse (no overload), dealing the contracts with suppliers, make the price list to Marketing Dept, monthly meeting with BOD, daily meeting with BOD, approval all PO Warehouse : maintain the stocks the warehouse same with systems, stock opname (zero difference), doing Good Receive

- Overseeing the purchasing of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and volume. - Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. - Authorizing purchases within budgetary limitations, analyzing market trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
