Large Molecule - Drug Product Development • Provide leadership to develop global end-end peptide-antibody/Fc bioconjugate drug product development (DPD) strategy and deliver manufactured drug product in partnership with CMC, supply chain, manufacturing site, clinical, marketing and the compound development team. • Lead DPD team efforts including pharmaceutical science, material sciences, package engineering and drug delivery & device development. • Manage highly complex matrix collaborations with technical and operational functions, SME/KOL and external vendor/partner to drive development projects to success. • Project experiences include post NME transition, GLP-tox studies, IND and Ph-1 to Ph-3 GMP DP manufacturing and clinical protocol supports.

• Team and chemistry lead for pre-clinical efforts covering extra- and intra-cellular targets with traditional and macrocyclic peptide/mini-protein approaches. • Project manager responsible for initiation, team-building, execution, budgeting, resource and timeline management. • Build infrastructure and capacity in peptide research and development, influence and promote peptide awareness with internal and external collaborations. • Provide peptide/protein topic expertise for discovery and process development teams, contribute in technical evaluations and due diligence.
