• AI Product Innovation: Successfully developed 3 AI products from scratch, currently still sold on Tencent's website (Tencent AI SI, Tencent Machine Translation, and NLP Service); internally supports Tencent Meeting and WeChat. Posse in-depth understanding of NLP, ASR, TTS and LLMs. • GTM Achievements: Created Tencent AI Simultaneous Interpretation, the first global product to support a world-class conference (Davos), and now a must-have at major national events (CIIE, Boao Forum, WAIC); Led Tencent Machine Translation to become the top domestic machine translation platform by revenue, serving KA clients such as CCTV and the UN Documentation; Developed TranSmart, a pioneering human-computer interactive translation technology; Launched Effidit, Tencent’s first internal product exploring GPT-based generative translation. • Cross-BG Collaboration: Led long-term integration of R&D resources across TEG AI Lab, WeChat iHearing, and Tencent Cloud, enabling strong cross-BG (Business Group) collaboration. • Assistant to the Vice President: Responsible for organising executive meetings, monitoring the operation data of the Group’s 4 major business lines, 53 schools and 13 subsidiaries; establishing cooperations with the British Council, Cambridge and Pearson; hosting Mr. Yu’s high-end dialogues and overseas interviews with leaders from worldwide educational organisations. • International Curriculum/Teacher Training Director: Developed the New Oriental international programme platform, online courses and new media operation; coordinating the curriculum standardisation construction and teaching training for 53 local schools.

• Interned as a translator with Kevin Lin OBE (林超伦) “the chief translator of the British Foreign Office and the royal translator for the Queen and six Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom”.
