As Project Manager: Lead 4 projects, filed over 10 patents, and obtained 4 PCC compounds, 2 of them currently in Phase I clinical trial (GenSci122 and GenSci144).

Responsible for TLR7 agonist for cancer immunotherapy, filed 1 patent, and obtained PCC SYY2002098. Responsible for HER2-TLR7 ISAC, including the design and synthesis of cleavable and non-cleavable payload-linker systems. Responsible for HT2A receptor agonist for antidepressant, filed 1 patent.

Design, Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of novel small-molecule CD73 inhibitors. Au(I) complexes derived from EGFR inhibitors as anticancer agents. Design, Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of 4th generation EGFR inhibitors.

Cytotoxicity of all the compounds on various cell lines has been measured. Further mechanism studies like cellular uptake, TrxR inhibition and ROS generation have been made on one lead-compound.
