Led lithography technology introduction activities including facility planning, tool layout design, demo/FAT/SAT evaluation, IPQC definition, and manufacturing release preparation.Interested in semiconductor process engineering, advanced lithography, technology transfer, manufacturing scale-up, and next-generation semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
