ADAS Department-Simulate & Test Team Responsibility: --Lead ADAS Simulation Test 1. Complete ADAS algorithm module simulation test base on VTD/CARSIM/ECUTEST/SIMULINK tool-chain. 2. Develop parameters input/output module for ADAS algorithm according to the interface document, integrate vehicle dynamic and algorithm module with simulation tool-chain. Complete AEB/ACC/LCC algorithm validation and report release. 3. Lead team complete foresight technology research and roadmap verification (e.g. V2X Simulation, Data Playback, Scenario Transfer) --Lead ADAS Functional Safety Test And Vehicle Test 1. Contact with CATARC and coordinate ADAS system/Chassis/Legal team complete C-NCAP Active Safety Test, Be familiar with C-NCAP regulation, score calculation, and vehicle preparation. 2. Create FuSa HWA L3+ ADAS Test Cases. Develop and improve test script (CAPL) for the FuSa fault injection tests.

ADAS Department-Simulate & Test Team Responsibility: --CAN Simulation& Communication Test with VectorCANoe 1. According to project requirements, develop CAPL scripts to simulate CAN node. Complete HiPhi X interface joint commissioning between ESC/EPS/IDCM and APA/ADCM controller. Build CAN environment and help V2X/HMI team complete communication, and interactive tests. 2. Develop EPS angle, torque, rack interface, and panel with CAPL for bench test. Assist R&D team complete hardware early-stage verification. --ADAS Vehicle Test and Standards Scenario Analysis: 1. Make clear ADAS standards, e.g. NCAP, GB, SAE, ISO, create test cases to meet the standard requirement, implement tests, data analysis, and release the report. 2. Coordinate with Functional Safety team complete L0-L2 level ADAS FuSa vehicle fault injection test with BOB and CANoe. --ADAS Simulation Tool-chain Management 1. Be responsible for ECUTEST-Matlab/Simulink-CarSim-VTD simulation test tool-chain joint commissioning and operation.

·Ford Edge/ Taurus Vehicle PVT-EESE Engineer in Technology Development Center Responsibility: --Quality Improvement and Warranty Data Tracking: 1, Lead emergent and batch market issue disposal, make repairing document and provide necessary support to market team's field service action from engineering level. 2, Lead MFG, STA, Supplier, PD team analyze and contain early warranty (less than 3MIS) issue, keep production continuous improvement. 3, Recontact customer to obtain voice of customers, improve customer satisfaction from every engineering aspect. 4, Support QA Department in warranty refused report judgement . --On-line Production Development: 1, Support plant in solving electrical issue related to production design. 2, Support MFG ,QA, Hotline team in troubleshoot difficult and complex electrical issue in plant or market. 3, Support ECC team in design change trail on production line, result feedback and failure disposal. 4, Help Changan Ford internal team communicate with Ford foreign team and import supplier to solve problem and finish process effectively. --Other Technical Support: 1, Support OBS part disposal. For example. cooperate external team refresh and update software, make re-work plan. 2, Support launch team work related to new model, if PD engineer is absent or insufficient. 3, Provide production standard or specification help to other department. Be familiar with circuit test tool like multimeter and oscilloscope, also can diagnose vehcile network issue with Vector CANalyzer.

Mainly in charge of wiring harness, relay, battery, power distribution box Responsibility: -Supplier Quality Management 1. Cooperate with IQ and ME team solve daily production line parts failure issue, according to Toyota Production System, reduce part failure rate, ensure production running smoothly. 2. Dispose emergency stop line and stop shipping issue, formulate re-work plan and repair document. 3. Push supplier continuous improvement, ensure parts quality stability. --Advanced Quality Engineering 1. Participate in supplier field product process audit according to TS16949 and TPS as a SPTT member. 2. Approve PPAP document before part mass production. 3. Participate in supplier selection with purchasing team and design team. 4. Investigate vehicle offline and trail production issue, feedback design issue to FAW Research and Development Center, quality issue to supplier, push forward issue close. --Electrical Failure Analysis 1. Proficient in wiring harness layout optimistic, schematic and wiring harness drawing understanding, have rich experience in wiring interference avoidance, connector/terminal structure analysis and match; 2. Have excellent skill and rich experience in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic.
