Completed laboratory draw registration for 25+ scheduled and walk-in patients, specimen drop labs, and transplant eligibility evaluations. Utilized EPIC to schedule patients for infusion services and chemotherapy in the infusion center. Reviewed data for errors and inconsistencies with scheduling to provide solution based feedback for a more efficient patient experience; trained five new hires on policies, procedures, and operations.
