As the lead Renewal Underwriter for one of our largest programs within Small Commercial, I am accountable for the retention of our existing book of Workers Compensation, Auto, Property, General Liability and Umbrella policies. The methods of investigation include, but are not limited too, obtaining recorded statements from all parties involved in an accident or witness to an accident, analyze police reports, review photos of vehicle damages and recreate accident scenes through diagrams to ultimately make the final determination of liability in each unique and different claim situation that occurs.
