Chelsie Kenna - Assoc CIPD

I’m a dedicated, determined and confident individual working as a Senior General Manager in Boojum Dublin for over 5 years. Along with securing that role through my dedication and determination, I am also a Manual Handling Instructor for Boojum Dublin since January 2022 obtaining a QQI Level 6 certificate. I train every new crew member in correct manual handling procedures. In April 2022, I also completed a First Aid Responder course. In June 2023, I completed JAM card awareness training. In November 2025, I completed the “Diploma in Professional Human Resource Practice” course in NCI.I love meeting new people and building new relationships with my team, steadying myself very well on the fine line of friendship and manager. I am driven solely on the work I provide and will never rest until a job is done, and done to the best of my abilities. The feeling of completion and taking ownership of a task motivates me to grow within a company as much as I can. A firm believer that honesty, hard work and reliability is the key to a successful team!
