Consistently able to ensure the identification, recruitment, and retention of exceptional volunteers. Cultivated contacts within communities to enhance visibility of the Girl Scout Movement. Created and coordinated an innovative girl recruitment program that, aligned with Strategic Planning, resulted in 70 new girl members in spring 2012 in a traditionally low registration season. The program continued for the 2013 membership year and increased girl members by 150 to date.
