My responsibilities include selling multiple lines of business insurance to various customers that come onto my phone line. I use various types of selling techniques and applications in order to provide these customers with the best insurance for their business.

As a student at Radford University, I became a member of Alpha Sigma Tau. While I was in Alpha Sigma Tau, I held four positions including Music Chaplain, Parliamentarian, Assistant New Member Educator, and Vice President of Operations. As Vice President of Operations, my duties included calendaring events, holding director meeting that included goal setting and how to reach those goals, edit the local bylaws of the chapter, put together committees for each director that needed a committee, take minutes at executive board meetings, always keep an up to date roster of our chapter, and acting as President when she was unable to be present. By leading the chapter as Vice President of Operations and holding Parliamentarian, I am very familiar with Robert's Rules of Order and how to hold formal business meetings.
