I participated in a nation-level innovation and entrepreneurship project in the topic of “Exploring the Quality Management of Passenger Service in Regional Airlines - Taking Xiamen Airlines as an example” in the second year of undergraduate. I was working in the ISO9001 analysis sector which helped me deeply understand the quality management standards and method. During this process, I managed to the improvement and difference between the latest edition and the former one. By comparing these two vision, I understood not only the method but also the concept of system management and crisis management.

• Mainly engaged in airport consulting and ticketing work, through learning and communication with the company's internal staff. Therefore, a new understanding of Xiamen Airline and the development of civil aviation industry has been established. • Relative skills, such as buying tickets, refunding tickets, replenishing tickets, and changing packages were mastered and practised during one month working at the counter in Tianjin Binhai International airport • Mastered communication skills through communication with consumers and help them solve various problem and complaint, like explain why the flight was delayed

During my undergraduate study, I spared no efforts on every course, ranking the first for three successive years and have won national scholarship twice and the first-class scholarship for three times. I have developed both the interest and quality of civil aviation in Overview of Civil Aviation and other courses. Also, as a major in Civil Aviation Safety Management, I deeply understand that safety is a priority for the civil aviation industry by taking the course SMS and Civil Aviation Safety Audit. The knowledge I have acquired and the guideline I have learned helped me lay a solid foundation for a future career in civil aviation. Besides, I have taken such courses as Civil Aviation Safety Operation Management, Operations Research, Safety Systems Engineering, and Safety Economics which increased my interest in civil aviation.
