Monitor over three thousand performing and non-performing loans. Perform due diligence and analysis on loans acquired. Prepare internal due diligence reports from data gathered during the review. Organize and maintain due diligence filing systems, file correspondence and other diligence related records. Prepare Collateral documents/files to be sent to appropriate parties, ensure proper chains of title for accelerated foreclosure timelines. Analyze fees and costs. Locate documents that are missing and clear custodian exceptions. Scan, inventory and upload documents to necessary portals, provide detailed notes and review on each loan. Work closely with Document Custodians, Attorneys, Servicers and other Lenders to ensure smooth workflow and complete proper foreclosure guidelines.

Monitored foreclosure loans and ensure foreclosure actions on individual accounts are completed in a timely manner, while minimizing financial losses for the company. Complete detailed, analytical daily reporting spreadsheets for senior management. Correspond with vendors, servicers, legal offices, HOA communities, county, city and state offices to document foreclosure proceedings and continuously follow up for timely resolution. Handle various levels of transactions with minimal oversight by senior staff and managers to complete tasks such as escrow, tax, utility and violation payments.

Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to our Guest. Greet Guests and build rapport by asking questions and initiating conversation. Offer suggestions by using suggestive selling techniques (daily specials, cocktails, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and after dinner beverages). Follow the established table service procedures including Pre-bus, maintain tables and complete assigned side work and duties. Present Guests their check and settle payment. Practice teamwork by helping co-workers. Train and guide other Servers as requested by your Manager. Perform other tasks as assigned by your Manager.
