Oversees critical processes pivotal to the program's success, focusing on budget, schedule, and quality management. Key responsibilities include cost proposal management, schedule oversight, time impact analyses, financial reconciliation, and risk assessments.

Austin Independent School District 2017 Bond Program Managed processes associated with design from project kick off through GMP including: Campus Architectural Teams (CATs) and community engagement, departmental coordination, quality assurance of design documentation, design phase approval, cost estimate review, constructibility review, and schedule management. Provided guidance to project teams regarding City of Austin permitting and bid strategies. Created standards and managed the FF&E design, procurement, schedule coordination, delivery and installation processes.

Austin Independent School District 2017 Bond Program Supported and managed projects from contract execution through construction. Supported budget control and change management, schedule management, and monitored and mitigated risk for delivery. Provided consistent and in-depth communication with campus which was important since the students were on site for the entire construction duration.

-Analyzed stream and riparian buffer help through Rosgen classification methodology -Provided master drainage studies for El Paso in two locations: Dyer Street and West Hills -Assisted in the development of floodplain maps for Upper Brushy Creek TX -Prepared numerous Health and Safety reports to ensure safe practices of employees assigned to projects

• Assisted with water, waste-water, and storm drainage utility design • Executed engineering and construction cost estimates • Updated and issued pay estimates and change orders to facilitate progression in construction • Assisted with surveying preconstruction site for shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features

• Review permit by rule (PBR) registrations and certifications for industries ensuring compliance with state and federal rules • Identify air contaminants and calculate emissions rates using scientific judgment and analytical techniques • Communicate permitting rules and other applicable regulations to engineers, consultants, and the general public • Participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (Q2) program to streamline completion of over 500 project

• Executed all essential retail operating function, including cash handling and basic inventory control • Used a consultative approach to identify customer requirements and aided in their purchasing decisions • Placed visual displays and product resets in high impact areas to achieve maximum customer exposure • Promoted to lead cashier in June 2010
