Hi, I’m Chelsea Blaser, the Director of Operations at Million Dollar Plumber. I started my journey here as an Executive Assistant and now am the Director of Operations. I specialize in turning big ideas into reality. As a strategic planner and systems architect, I take the vision of our CEO and translate it into actionable strategies, working closely with our marketing and sales teams to drive growth. I thrive on streamlining systems, optimizing workflows, and planning high-impact client events that enhance our brand and community. My leadership style is all about execution—I bridge the gap between vision and implementation, ensuring that every detail aligns with the bigger picture. With a strong ability to work alongside visionaries and bring their ideas to life, I excel in creating structure out of complexity, making sure our team operates efficiently and effectively. Whether it’s refining processes, leading cross-functional teams, or organizing large-scale events, I ensure everything runs smoothly. I earned my Master’s from Southeastern University in Family Ministry and my Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership. I am passionate about continuous learning and have yet to meet a CRM, project management system, or business performance platform I haven’t conquered.
