CHEE CHEA NYEOW

Final-year Microelectronic Engineering student at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a strong academic foundation in semiconductor devices, process control, and yield engineering. I am passionate about solving real-world manufacturing challenges in high-volume fabs through data-driven process optimization, integration development, and defect reduction. My academic journey has exposed me to key areas of semiconductor fabrication, including transistor scaling (FinFET performance modeling), defect pattern analysis (wafer map classification using deep learning), and hands-on automation using tools like Node-RED, PLC, and industrial databases. I’ve also developed C and Python-based systems, reinforcing my understanding of logic control and test validation workflows. I aim to contribute to semiconductor manufacturing as a process integration，process or defect/yield engineer by applying a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills. Eager to grow in environments that value continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and cutting-edge technology in advanced process nodes.
