Key member of the WW Order Fulfillment Leadership team. Lead the WW Service Parts and Asia Pacific Logistics Organization, a diverse organization with operations from Greater China to Latin Americas. Owned regional supply chain strategy, factory logistics and distributions infrastructure strategy for Life Science/BioTechnology/Diagnostics instruments, consumables and service parts. Organisation is top performer for delivering revenue, scalability and optimization, delivering a third of all revenue and supporting service deliveries across the world. Formulated and implemented last-mile distribution strategy facilitating double digit growth for Greater China Growth Plan. Led the creation of local distribution capability for Medical Devices (NMPA Class I, II & III) in China, working with Regulatory affairs. Partner Global Tax, Legal and Finance to formulate and implement business strategies for expansions and M&A etc. This is key in ensuring supply chain simplification while enhancing end customer experiences. A key extended member of the 2 main manufacturing groups Instruments Manufacturing and Chemistries, ensuring total end-to-end order fulfillment optimization and resilience. Led the supply chain transformation for logistics in the US with operations and strategic oversights for the WW Service Parts and America Logistics Organization. Manages the Americas distribution and factory logistics operations across US as well as the WW Service Parts Logistics team. Successfully stabilized the new America Distribution Center operations and distribution network post-transformation, fulfilling and meeting customers' orders and satisfaction in the Americas. Realized the full potential of the warehouse locations to enhance customers experience and operational performance with improved connectivity and shorter TAT within Americas.

Established the AsiaPac Regional Distribution Center in Region. Expand responsibility to management of all AsiaPac Logistics Operations, including factories and in-country distribution centers.

Built and led Agilent’s first Life Sciences manufacturing operations in Asia, seeding the establishment of the Asia manufacturing hubs . Optimized the Automation Solutions and Rapidfire (Solid Phase Extractions-Mass Spectrometry) operations above 60% GM with the best-in-class quality (near zero field defects) within the group. • Led the Supply Chain setup for the Life Sciences Group’s pioneer manufacturing plant in Asia. Successfully established the group’s manufacturing and supply chain base in Singapore for Automation business, optimizing operations with business’ double digit annual growth • Instilled agility and resourcefulness in managing the order fulfillment operation across 2 ERP platforms and successfully migrated the ERP from Oracle to SAP using solely operational resources within Asia • Drive supply chain initiatives, procurement strategy, developed engineering expertise, specifically focusing on cross-leveraging between groups, local sourcing, rationalization of functional roles to achieve 12pt gain in gross margin within 6 months of transfer completion • Accountable for end-to-end supply chain effectiveness and efficiency, including material engineering, procurement, logistics and productions. • Delivering operational excellence by exceeding Product Line’s Order Fulfillment commitments, i.e. gross margins, quality, inventory, fulfillment rate etc

Led R&D, Software Quality and NPI team in delivering state-of-the-art Wireless Optimization Solutions for the fast changing mobile communication industry. Energized and engaged the team to deliver on-time quality delivery of products consecutively. Superior NPI capability drove the business to be among the most profitable businesses within the company, • Setup and established a R&D team with a formidable reputation of on-time delivery new products and features on a quarterly basis • Established agile Product Life Cycle (PLC) processes and drove team towards achieving consecutive on-time releases with no compromise on commitments • Instrumental in turning a lost-making business into a top performing business with operating profit margin of 30% within the USD3B Electronics Measurement Group. • Worked with external partners (based in US) in delivery of new hardware features. Was key interface to establishing close collaborations to shorten time to market of advanced features • Responsible for order fulfillment activities and ensured effective conversion of sales orders into revenue

Product Manager of 2 product lines in vastly different industrial space. Also R&D lead in the formation of Mobile R&D group in Singapore. • Transferred and led the growth of Agilent’s communication protocol/signal monitoring (Signaling Analyzer) • In-house expert in communication protocols/standards • Led product marketing in growing business from USD4M to USD24M in the then emerging 3G/3.5G market • Led the mobile business development activities in Asia Pacific and instrumental in winning several multi-million dollar deals • Restructured the in-circuit test (Industrial leading 3070) business portfolio and brought USD80M product line back to profitability • Defined roadmaps for owned product, working closely with Business Developments, Sales and R&D to ensure product leadership, customer loyalty and innovations to address emerging technologies

Lead software architect in wireless startup and main designer for its state-of-the-art Protocol Analyzers • Designed and conceptualized industry-leading Bluetooth Protocol Analyzer, a trailblazer in the then-nascent Bluetooth world • Actively involved in defining product roadmaps and charting new products in various wireless technologies • Participated actively in marketing activities organized by special interest groups

Lead and Pioneer Engineer in establishing Panasonic’s wireless R&D team in Singapore • Team lead of Bluetooth R&D team – one of the earliest adopter and practitioner in the Personal Area Network (PAN) arena • Lead implementation of GSM Phase 2+ Protocol implementation in Specifications and Description Language (SDL) • Lead the embedded OS (NuclusPlus) implementation of the GSM/GPRS protocol stack in Siemens’ chipset
