✅ Built and deployed an automated TPS/TAT calculation tool, reducing manual effort by 80%, improving data accuracy, and enabling peak-time readiness (Prime Day Sale, Black Friday Sale, etc) through migration to DynamoDB and backend/UI enhancements. ✅ Improved package tracking and exception handling by fixing node mismatches and implementing visibility for EOD scrub-triggered losses—resulting in a noticeable drop in recurring Sev3 tickets during on-calls. ✅ Standardized NodeType management across all last-mile stations by creating CRUD APIs, scripting data backfills, and automating dynamic entries into DynamoDB—ensuring better system reliability and scalability.

✅ Conducted a POC on two internal component libraries to evaluate and select the one best suited for our use case. ✅ Contributed to revamping an application with a focus on modernization, leveraging the latest tech stack to enhance user experience. ✅ Designed and developed the frontend for two internal admin portals, catering to the firm's vendor management needs. ✅ Built and optimized a Jenkins pipeline, ensuring efficient workflows and implemented comprehensive test coverage. ✅ Integrated and established a PostgreSQL database connection for a .NET application.
