I have found a way to provide my training to anyone anywhere at an all-time low cost. My innovative app is currently being used in 3 different countries and I cannot wait to engage with more. What makes the training app so great? - The program costs clients $2.50 day. - I have a full follow along video library of pre-recorded exercise videos. - The client enters in all workout information that is stored and tracked. Once the workout is repeated the previously tracked numbers are shown on the side so the client knows what they need to do to progress. - Workouts can be tailored for any type of training:(gym/at home/field etc) Expertise: Weight management.
