Supervisory role of behavioral specialists staff while coordinating services for students. Headed intake for TDT department upon it's initiation in June 2014 and coordinated curriculums for summer programming.

* Providing community based interventions for therapeutic day treatment child clients * Gathering applicable family information for implementation of needed resources * Developing clinically appropriate interventions to reduce maladaptive actions * Collaborating with internal and external service providers to enhance quality of care for client * Training staff in effective interventions under DBHDS regulations and required services * Documentation of case coordination notes under supervision of clinical staff

Conducted psychosocial groups and managed individual therapy caseload during day programming. Implemented client retention strategies and special projects for client empowerment.

Worked with students in elementary, middle, and high school by providing therapeutic supportive services in the classroom. Clinical intervention provided to diagnoses including but not limited to ADHD, Autism, Depression, ODD, and PTSD.
