During my time in these roles at Newham College, I have worked in several capacities due to my flexible and proactive approach as a leader in addition to my exceptional Industry background and Curriculum management skills. Newham College gave me the opportunity to excel and I am now benefiting in many different ways likewise my staff and learners. While being with the college I have developed a passion for quality in service delivery, thus contributed to the college Ofsted "outstanding" grade. I strongly believe in pulling out all the stops to ensure retention, 90%+ achievement and by extension high success rates. This was one of my biggest achievement in my previous role and I am happy to say that I am now in a position to continue this at Learners Progress College.
