Managed the day-to-day activities of the Implementation Team for Project Connect Baltimore, consisting of a staff of 5 personnel; tasks included training of youth-serving professionals on the youth guide, completing the community and clinic scans of youth-serving agencies and clinics in Baltimore, updating the hard copy and online resource guide, in addition to conducting interviews with youth-serving administrative and clinical staff. Managed IRB protocols and writing up of program data for reports and manuscripts. Coordinated efforts with the Evaluation Team Project Coordinator to manage the data collection efforts and in-clinic staff. Acted as a liaison between the project and the adult and youth advisory boards from partner agencies on Project Connect. The Program Coordinator will also assist in developing a sustainability plan for the guide.
