Making sure all training requested are dealt with and employees have the relevant training for their roles. Currently running the Industrial desk in Huntingdon at Interaction Recruitment, I aim to supply you with the right candidate for your business to ensure we meet your temporary working requirements. Temping provides candidates a short-term solution and a way back into employment. Some candidates enjoy a career break, been made redundant or fancy a change in direction temporary workers are enjoying the flexibility offered by this! Duties included; -Interviewing and selecting candidates for various industrial assignments as well as permanent positions. -Advertising internal and external job roles on job boards. -Booking interview slots and registering candidates, having an in depth interview with them to make sure I get the best understanding of their requirements and if they would fit in with potential clients. -Dealing with sick notes, maternity and paternity notes. -Advertising on job boards, social media such as facebook, linkedin, etc. -Providing excellent customer service skills to both candidates and clients. -Liaising with colleagues to help with other vacancies if necessary. -Ensuring all reference checks, proof of right to work documentation and other administrative tasks are carried out on each candidate registered. - Ensuring candidates are prepared properly before starting a booking and being on-site when starting to ensure they are inducted. - New client visits as well as service visits to all current users. - Being on call 24/7 for clients in the event there are any problems with temporary staff working various shifts outside normal office hours. - Helping to cover other colleague desk when they are on annual leave, this means support my colleagues and ensure all work load if fulfilled. -Problem solving and use of organisational skills to ensure all candidates are too sent to the correct place of work. -Running a weekly payroll as well as handling all tax and other payroll queries.

I worked at Laura Ashley as a part time Sales Advisor. I was a key holder within Laura Ashley which meant i was trained to open and close the store, make sure the till was counted and sent to the correct banking places. I assisted customers with problems, questions, sales and returns. I helped within stock takes for the company. Learnt how to measure ad cut material for customers, ensure i had the best product knowledge so i was able to assist customers with making the right purchases. Helping them with a design service and making sure i was given my best thoughts on the things they was chosen and making sure they are right for them as a customer. Dealing with customer complaints and making sure they are dealt with the correct manner.

I worked for Meyer Scott as a recruitment consultant apprentice for 3 months my duties includes; * Resourcing candidates, via job boards – matching to relevant jobs. * Registering candidates, making sure relevant employer checks have been made. * Adding jobs onto job boards. * Creating and changing window cards. * Sales calls – including canvas and sales calls. * Assisting with filling temporary bookings. * Placing of permanent commercial candidates. * Sending out booking confirmation. * Referencing of candidates.

I worked at ISS facilities service within Anglian Water and am responsible for all reprographics, which include, maintain stock within the print room, making sure all machine are operating correctly, compilation board packs for the directors of Anglian Water, other print jobs which includes, laminating, binding and guillotining. Other duties as a facilities member include, admin roles such as; Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, mail merge, booking rooms and conference facilities, Answering general queries by telephone, sorting the post for all departments and delivering to Anglian Water customers, Ordering stationery and maintain a fully stocked stationery cupboard, reception cover within a number of different building around the Anglian Water Sites.
