Hi! My name is Charlotte Tree and I'm a newbie in the tech scene. Currently I'm working as a junior AV engineer, specializing in Microsoft Teams Rooms, learning as much as I can and helping out. I'm upskilling myself through coursework, practical knowledge, learning through my work and any information I can find through articles, blogs, etc... Day-to-day I focus on testing and updating stock before it goes out to get installed, I also do SLA work, troubleshooting and fixing any issues our clients are having with their equipment. I have my first aid NQF level 1, 2 and 3I am currently working to get my CTS qualificationI graduated from Abbotts college in 2024 with a distinction in English Home Language. I am both technically minded as well as language focused, offering a well-balanced view. I have a strong internal drive and am ready to do the necessary hard work to get where I want to be.
