Developed reconciliation tools within multi-state payroll processes to generate an error-free period end close, processed multi-state payrolls, monitored deductions and profit sharing payroll, and provided customer service to employees. Co-managed implementation of UltiPro Human Resource and Payroll System for 1,300 employees including data integrity in existing system and setting parameters for accounts in the new system.

Managed leases for a five state area for a large communication company. Updated database, monitored critical dates, issued payments, reviewed CAM reconciliations and interacted with landlords, brokers and area managers for respective states. Participated with other team members in abstracting over 4,000 leases to confirm critical data. Also worked at this company at the Dallas location.
