I managed a number of regulatory, mandatory and business strategy driven business and IT changes across payments infrastructure and operational areas throughout the World.

Project Manager within a Programme that off-shored over a 1000 UK based Payment data and voice operational roles to offshore suppliers, based in five different offices across India. Directly responsible for analysing 15 key processes totalling c.300 roles, assessing suitability for migration and executing full E2E project management within defined Target Operating Model.  Managed team of External Consultants, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts  HR Business Partner liaison to create and agree UK impacted staff communications and Union consultations. Supported UK staff re-deployment; including role search and suitability reviews. Created and negotiated contractual agreements with Suppliers and Legal  Created Business Case and managed individual project budgets c£500k each  Supplier relationship management across 5 Indian offices  Successfully implemented an off shore Business Continuity Model to achieve 50% live resilience across all processes within Programme scope  Tested business applications and equipment off-shore; managing IT and UAT resources
