Dr Edenius has worked approx. 25 years within pharmaceutical industry, from small start-up biotech to global big pharma companies including more than 20 years in leading positions of private as well as public companies. As Senior/Executive VP and Chief Scientific Officer in various R&D organizations Dr Edenius has gained experience from all phases of drug development, senior management, strategic business development including successful partnering and licensing with global pharma as well as international financing. Companies include AStraZeneca, Biolipox, Orexo, Medivir and Gesynta Pharma. Dr Edenius has served on several private and public Boards as a non-executive Director. Dr Edenius has an MD and PhD from the Karolinska Institutet, Sweden.
