When I was playing basketball, I always knew that I wanted to coach when I was done playing. Now that my organized playing days are over, I get to help breed the next generation of hoopers at Sharks Basketball Academy. With Sharks, I've been head and assistant coach on various teams grades 7-12 and have worked camps with grades 1-12.

Whether it is setting up the next important village event, or maintaining the streets of the town, Forest Park Public Works does not receive enough credit for the work they do within the town. -Prepared parks for upcoming village events with care for landscaping and surrounding homes -Maintained cleanliness of streets/sidewalks -Learned that there is a lot more than what I once thought there was in order to run a town

The Appalachian Service Project is a Christian service program that travels to low income homes in the Appalachian Mountains to make these homes warmer, safer, and dryer for the families living in them. Held every July, the service project helps to not only restore homes, but also to provide better perspective. -Worked on-site with dangerous tools and learned the precision it takes to design and craft new walls, floors, and paint. The most important skill on the sites, attention to detail, is very transferable in the business world. -Carried out positive interactions between the family of the household and the crew, ensuring the family was comfortable with strangers entering and fixing their home -Grew in faith and became humbled through what less fortunate families face day-to-day.
