At Critical Edge, we help government agencies, healthcare organizations, and corporate campuses take control of their physical security - from initial assessment through full implementation. As President, I lead our security consulting and technology practice, working alongside clients to design and deploy systems that protect people and assets without disrupting daily operations. Core focus areas: Security Assessments, Vulnerability Consulting , Access Control Systems, Surveillance & Camera Infrastructure I stay personally involved in the work because the organizations we serve don't have room for error, and neither do we.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), I spearheaded comprehensive oversight of technical teams and customer-facing technology solutions, orchestrating a seamless journey from project inception to post-sale service and support. Notably, I initiated and guided the establishment of new business units, notably leading the successful launch of the Mid-South expansion headquartered in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Additionally, I nurtured the growth of the fiber unit, strategically positioning it as a standalone entity within the organization. My responsibilities encompassed the holistic management of all business units operating in the Mid-South market. This entailed direct involvement in sales strategies, marketing initiatives, project implementations, and ongoing support endeavors. Through diligent leadership and strategic foresight, I ensured the seamless integration of these units, fostering their growth and contributing significantly to the overall success and expansion of the organization.

Position duties included all aspects of IT department such as design, installation, engineering, implementation, support, training, administration and management authority for: - LAN / WAN Network Services - 24x7 Data Center Computer Operations - Application Systems - Web/Internet Operations - PC Desktop Systems - Help Desk Operations Project lead on transition of out dated organization-wide and departmental technologies to highly functional streamlined, and cost-effective client server technologies and business solutions that have dramatically improved efficiency, decreased expenses and optimized data integrity and safety. Key Projects & Achievements: - Recently designed and implemented a new corporate data center from ground up with Cisco switching and servers. Specked out every aspect of the new facility as well as security and access control - RTI CRM design and implementation for multiple sales divisions, Global Service Division and marketing. Included consolidation of numerous data sources into single data store to improve communications across the organization and speed up information sharing between departments - Relocation and design of multiple offices and facilities with minimal downtime while meeting scheduled deadlines

- Worked with business units to design, implement, and facilitate new web sites, web apps, and data base projects - Updated complete office complex with new low voltage and fiber plants - Lead the VMWare consolidation of servers reducing entire data center to a single rack saving thousand in hardware and utility costs - Consolidation and upgrade of Microsoft Active Directory 2000 to 2008 with merger of two additional AD forests from other departments

Ritter Communications required A+ instructor for training initiatives which would bring all employees up to a minimum of A+ certification. Designed curriculum and organized lecture in addition to hands on projects to ensure compliance with company objectives.
