Case Manager for an Independent Financial Adviser, responsible for progressing mortgage and insurance cases to completion and updating customers on a regular basis. Gained valuable insight into the financial industry including terminology and an in depth understanding of the mortgage application process.

Working as part of the Professional Services team and responsible for requirements gathering and converting these into a solution that can be delivered using the Ooyala Flex Media Platform. I’ve worked with internal and external stakeholders across Singapore, India, UK and Australia to communicate and plan solutions, oversee delivery and carry-out the implementation within a timely fashion.

Core responsibilities and skills: Coordinate and assist with the installation of Broadcast Media Solutions in a professional and timely fashion. Taking technical lead through the building of the project and working both solitary and with a team to deliver to the agreed specification and on time. Extensive experience in integrating Evertz MAM and Automation systems within a complete Evertz solution. Including integrating both hardware and software solutions with other third party systems. Demonstrate an ability to deliver both technical and non-technical communication to customers and peers effectively.

As part of my final year project I investigated the interaction between IP layer 3 flows and a Wavelength Division multiplexed optical network. This involved the programming of Cisco model routers to adapt their routing decisions in order to logically interact with a Lambda Optical System network.
