Shift Manager, Position was to Manage 35 men, 15 Excavators/Log Loaders& Bell Grapple Bunchers in the 2nd full stem manual proccessing operation of its type in NZ, responsible for processing 3-4000 individual stems each day, cut to length, sort grade stack and load for the export market. Consistantly the highest quality combined with lowest reject rate, producer of raw log products, all sourced from sustainably managed forests.
