Charlie is a 3 times Mr World Body Builder. He works with his clients one on one to achieve their fitness and strength goals. You don't have to be a body builder to work with Charlie, in fact most of his clients are corporate business people who want to be fitter and healthier. Charlie believes that you need to invest in your health as much if not more than in your business or career to achieve longevity and success. As well as personal training, Charlie also offers seminars and workshops and is available for Corporate events. Charlies other experience includes: 22 years experience in Personal Training 3 x overall Mr. World, 3 x Runner up Mr Universe 8 x Over all National Champion 7 years consultant with leading supplement Company Mutli-lingual - Charlie speaks Italian, Maltese and English.
