Member of the management team, lead the daily operation of Supply Chain Team, Customer Service Team, Demand Planning Team, POSM Procurement Team and Quality Control Team. - Lead SCM team optimize the supply chain network to meet the demand of new sales channel or new marekt.set up and optimize the distribution network to specify the logistic solution for each sales channel. - Lead SCM team monitor the purchase order and purchase plan of the stock replenishment, optimize the stock level in central warehouse and reduce the slow moving stock, ensure the dynamic stock level in regional warehouse according to the low/peak season of sales activity. - Lead the customer service team monitor the sales order vs sales forecast status, push sales team achieve the monthly sales target. - Lead the demand planning team collect the sales forecast from sales teams , help sales team improve the sales forecast accuracy, analysis the sales forecast by sales channel vs sales budget, monthly organize the sales forecast meeting with sales directors to understand the risk and opportunity. - Lead the SAP and APO project implementation in Greater China and ensure the go-live on schedule, improve the integration and visibility of the whole supply chain from production to sales. - Evaluate the KPI of the 3PL and help 3PL improve the performance and reduce the operation cost. - Lead quality team set up the quality control system for the whole process from vender development to the goods receipt in the warehouse, ensure the quality control implemented through the whole supply chain. - Lead procurement team optimize the POSM procurement process and supplier evaluation system to ensure the competitive purchase cost and on time delivery. - Ensure the implementation of group social responsible policy, ensure the product quality and backlabel are in line with Chinese national standard.

- Manage the daily work of the warehouse in WaiGaoQiao FTZ, including income and outgoing goods check, daily inventory report, rolling sales forecast and raw material purchase plan Set up the Safety Inventory operation, adjust the safety figure according to sales activity Optimize the stock items, improve the inventory rolling. - Manage the customer order from the Sales & Service office in China, and purchase the material from US Headquarter, reduce the order-to-delivery cycle time. - Manage the I/E agent,declaration of inbound and outbound shipments and other additional customs affair. - Manage the operation of and handbook, Manage the declaration for importing raw material and exporting/domestics sales for the finish goods. - Manage and maintain the logistics process of the QAD / MFG Pro. Coordinate the business relation with 3PL to ensure the on-time delivery, evaluate the performance of 3PLs。 - Monthly PSI conference with US supplier to review the status of in-processing purchase order, sales activity and inventory balance. - Monthly sales meeting with sales department to confirm the 3-month ahead rolling sales forecast。 - Cooperate with finance Dept to determine the monthly sales revenue and inventory balance, Monthly Sales Report and Sales-Forecast Difference Report to upper management and sales Dept.

- Manage the parts warehouse of Trane China located in Waigaoqiao FTZ。 - Set up policy of safety inventory control optimizing the inventory level。 - Set up the procedure for parts stock, allocation and distribution, provide good service。 - Supplying parts to company Service Center, administrate the parts order from Service Center and cooperation job。 - Cooperate with US setting up China parts warranty policy. Coordinate the relation with 3PL provider。 - Manage the 6 Sigma project-Parts logistics cost reduction, succeed in cost significantly reduced through this project。
