US CONEC LTD is a $28M equity venture of 3 leading communications technology companies, leading United States manufacturer of fiber optic connectors. I am responsible for R&D molding projects and new fiber-optic connector injection molds, including initial mold assembly, first part runoffs, molding process creation, mold improvements, molding machines process controls, quality, customer requirements, safety levels, and trouble troubleshooting for machine issues. Highlights of my accomplishments include: * I completed master’s degree while working to enhance business analytics and project management skills, which resulted in mold build cycle reduction from 6 months to 4 months. * I was key in the development of 5-6 new products and/or evolutions of the previous products. * I was awarded a patent in 2022 for a fiber optic communication apparatus that expands the pitch of a 12 and 16 fiber count fiber optic cable to customize high density ferules, which allows for a smaller factory and data center footprint. * I serve as SME for injection molding decisions. * I reduced scrap rates from 10% to 5% by using statistical process control on the machine to increase product quality.

BASS CONSTRUCTION is a quality construction company known for visionary products, timely delivery, and budgetary accuracy. I design, build, and construct new specifications, custom homes, and home renovations. I am responsible for client satisfaction, design, permitting, inspections, construction schedules, change orders, supply chain management, budget management, contract and supplier negotiation, construction crew management, crew recruitment, and project closeouts.

SARSTEDT, INC. is a leading provider, developer, manufacturer, and seller of laboratory and medical equipment and consumables. I was responsible for the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and corporate residence (4-5 structures and grounds), including project scope, requirements, kickoffs, budget, quality control, change orders, closeout, and maintenance. I managed third party vendors, facilities, and grounds staff.
