I’m a simple, easy-going small-town boy who grew up around the dinner table of serial entrepreneurs. Those early lessons in hard work, resilience, and integrity shaped who I am today. Over the past three decades, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside an incredible team in building and leading some of Canada’s most recognized names in the outdoor living and fireplace industry Capital BBQ powered by BBQing.com, Chadwicks & Hacks and Oven Brothers. What began as a small family electrical repair business in 1990 has evolved into a thriving omni-channel retail operation serving customers across Canada and the USA. I’m passionate about retail, brand building, and creating experiences that bring people together. I’ve navigated everything from brick-and-mortar expansion to digital transformation, supplier partnerships, and national logistics all while staying true to one guiding principle: people and relationships come first. I’m a dreamer and a problem solver who thrives on turning ideas into action. I value trust, transparency, and teamwork, and believe that great leadership is about empowering others to grow and succeed. Outside of business, I’m a lifelong sports enthusiast, a proud family man to two amazing successful kids and a supportive and loving wife. I'm a firm believer that success is best enjoyed when shared.
