Set Key Performance Indicators, obtained and analysed online customer data and produced weekly written reports and charts regarding users’ interests

At award-winning online videogame start-up company Wooga (World Of Gaming), managed viral features and analysed user data for game 'Brain Buddies'; participated to the early stages of development of later game 'Bubble Island'.

Developed a dynamic, 1D model of an amine-based Carbon Capture Unit, based on actual industrial process flow diagrams, by implementing relevant models as a coherent library in object-oriented language Modelica. Validated the model in dynamic and steady-state modes with external data from actual plants and other simulations. Simulated case studies with professional solver Dymola: coupled the model on a power plant model assembled with EDF-built ThermoSysPro library and played several scenarios (decrease of load and power plant shutdown). Results: - Validated, robust and physically sound model - Fully compatible with EDF-built ‘ThermoSysPro’ library on Modelica/Dymola - Investigated effective ways of optimising the capture process

Developer/consultant role with regular contact with the client. Addressed the users’ issues and escalated their problems, configured the bought-in software tool, carried out development of extra functionalities to meet further requirements, supported users during the implementation process.

Schedule-driven Project Management through to completion over 2 years: Undertook the evaluation of project need by conducting on-site assessments and communicating verbally with end users, analysed the constraints, internal and external regulations especially regarding critical Health & Safety issues. Designed solutions, studied their feasibility and costs and discussed them with decision-makers, then developed one of them respecting agreed milestones and budgeted costs while ensuring compliance with regulations. Reported monthly and consulted stakeholders periodically to facilitate the acceptance of the changes of operating procedures. Results: timely delivered a prototype with documentation: user’s guide, assembly drawings, etc. to the customer, with guidelines for further development.
