o Perform all duties associated with recruiting, retention, and incentive management activities at the Battalion level, to include prospect recruiting and enrollment, scholarship management/offer processing, and marketing/advertising planning and execution. o Develop and executes plans with centers of influence (COI) and community leaders and educators (CLE) and manage them in the ROO Zone application. o Develop and Executes recruiting plans; Manage ROO Zone Lead Applications; Analyze recruiting program issues, develop recommendations to resolve shortcomings. Maintain all required recruiting systems(ROO Zone, CCIMS, REAP, MSMR, and ADC) and leverage them to improve efficiency of the recruiting process. o Execute national, regional, and local event support to cultivate leads and increase awareness of the general ROTC Program. oPerform additional duties as assigned by the PMS, Brigade HQs, and USACC HQs
