Lead a team of bioinformaticians that focuses on leveraging various genomic technologies in the drug discovery process. Primary areas of support include 1. Utilizing CRISPR technologies (Cas9/Cas12 CRISPRx/i/a, Single Cell CRISPR-Perturbseq) for target discovery, 2. Leveraging epigenetic tools (ATACseq, ChIPseq, HiC, GROseq) to better understand the role the noncoding portion of the genome plays in various diseases. 3. Utilizing spatial transcriptomics (10X Visium, Nanostring GeomMx/Cosmix) to provide detailed transcriptional information in a specific cellular context 4. Leveraging High Content Image based assay (Cell Painting) to understand the effect of drug on cellular morphology

Primary responsibility includes providing bioinformatics support to various therapeutic areas. Area of expertise include processing and analysis of RNAseq (expression profiling, isoform detection, miRNA), functional genomics screening (whole genome CRISPR knockout, siRNA, shRNA), variant calling pipeline (somatic/germline) for the oncology group

I am part of the Pediatric Cancer Genome Project, a collaboration between St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Genome Institute at Washington University. My primary responsibilities involve analyzing whole-genome sequencing data of cancer patients and developing new software tools that will assist in my research.

I worked as part of software support team. My primary responsibility include developing tools that will support the annotation effort of research scientists. I also provided informatics support to various principal investigators on a variety of projects.
