Vet schedules for the servicing of vehicles and monitor the Traffic Officer to ensure vehicles are serviced on schedule. Arrange for the purchase of vehicles parts when necessary for emergency repair works. Liaising with the Regional Human Resource Manager to ensure that the Section has adequate and competent staff. Preparing the annual budget for the section. Ensuring the compliance of the Automated Fleet Management System (AFMS).

Supervised and coordinated the activities of Material Officers and Store Assistants at the regional office who receive, store, issue out, and deliver materials. Purchased per material requirement planning (MRP) demand and maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) products per min and maximum usage. Provided leadership to the regional materials team to effectively perform duties across the entire scope of materials procurement, stocking, and issuance. Supervised material flow and prepared weekly & monthly inventory reports to Materials & Transport as well as Stock Control Managers. Oversaw the changing of over 2000km of bare Aluminum millimeter sq. conductors to insulated (PVC) aluminum conductors in the forest zones of the Electricity Company of Ghana in the Central Region. Ensured a high standard of housekeeping in the stores and supervised the storing of materials, equipment, and supplies in the district to ensure efficient workflow. Ensured accuracy of manifests, freight labeling, location of material, and verified waybills. Responsible for the routing and transportation of materials to all offices in the district.
