I opened with this company in the Office Services department. On a daily basis, I ship and receive U.S. Postal mail as well as FedEx and UPS parcels. I print, copy, fax, and create documents, as well as formatting them. I am now also retaining personnel records and creating invoices. I help to facilitate requests with co-workers in several departments.

My duties included verifying and receiving merchandise, shipping merchandise, data entry, and creating documents. On occasion, I’d have co-workers that I delegated tasks to, especially during our high volume months. I also maintained an accurate running inventory, and ordering replenishment stock from vendors was required as well. The operation of an electric pallet jack was required when shipping large freight quantities.
