Responsible for company process improvement, risk management and various audit projects; - Process improvement includes establishment and improvement of key process through multi-functional projects: i. Establishing a new system module and policy of marketing spending with national marketing department; ii. Working on SOP of vendor management and vendor selection with Asia sourcing team; iii. Process/system improvement and daily support/management of bidding project authorization with national commercial team, etc. - Risk management includes: i. Distributor screening and management; visit and perform due diligence on dealer; ii. Export control; cooperating with commercial team to proceed order according to US EAR; iii. Enhancement of FCPA practice; T&E review, customer trip review and monitoring, and employee/dealer training; iv. Contract review and standard template design - Various audit projects; including SOX audit, internal audit and external audit, company health check, ACP audit under Oracle environment.

Responsible for engagement planning, review, team arrangement, reviewing/finalizing report and communication with client; Responsible for fee negotiation, business development, department management and staff training/people management; Industry including Airline, Industrial products, Pharmaceutical, Trading and Luxury/FMCG; Report directly to Partner or Senior manager

As team leader, perform engagement audit including PRC statutory audit, group reporting audit, Pre-IPO audit and special purpose audit. Perform statutory and group reporting audit for FIE.
