I am an AHPRA-accredited pharmacist with experience across community pharmacy leadership in Australia and hospital quality assurance in London, UK. I have spent several years as a Pharmacy Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams while overseeing clinical services, operational performance, governance, and patient safety in high-volume settings.More recently, I worked as a QA Officer within the Cancer Centre and Aseptics departments at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London, supporting pharmaceutical quality systems, good manufacturing practice (GMP) documentation, audit activities, corrective and preventatice actions (CAPAs), and the release of unlicensed medicines. This experience strengthened my interest in quality, governance, regulation, and system-level improvement.
